PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND RETURNS POLICY

In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the 'Purchase Price').

Christian Dimarco uses WIX, Stripe and PayPal as its Secure Payment Service Providers and all card details are encrypted using state-of-the-art Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, AfterPay (the 'Payment Gateway Provider') In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarized yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.

Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by Christian Dimarco, you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and Christian Dimarco may record your purchase details for future use. Christian Dimarco may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 30 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.

Digital downloads cannot be refunded due to the nature of digital reproduction.

EVENTS

By agreeing to attend a session with Christian Dimarco, you are indicating that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING:

The reservation for your place in this event/session will be considered accepted upon receipt of Full Payment.

You will receive a full refund if you cancel your appointment or attendance to an event up to 2 weeks before the scheduled time. You can also choose to reschedule your appointment up to 1 week before the scheduled time. After this you will not receive a refund or be able to change your appointment. If you try to cancel outside of this allowed window or are a no show, you will not be guaranteed any refund. Christian may allow you to nominate another suitable candidate, which you will be held solely accountable for, to take your place if need be.

While I aim to create a safe zone for this experience and will take all reasonable precautions, you acknowledge that your own accountability and personal responsibility are also required. Your commitment to good health and best practice hygiene is essential to the successful provision of our service. If you feel at all unwell, sick or feverish, stay home and recover.

You acknowledge and agree that it is imperative that you take full responsibility for ensuring that your body is in good enough condition to be able to attend an event or workshop activities without harm, injury or damage to yourself or anyone else. Please note that if any of the following apply to you, we recommend that you do NOT attend this event:

The Participant hereby acknowledges that none of the above conditions applies to them, or they have sought the proper medical guidance from their GP and have written approval to attend this event.
